At OZiva, we want you to be completely satisfied with your fashion purchase. If you are not happy with your order, you can return or exchange any item within 30 days of delivery provided it is in its original, unworn condition with tags attached.

Return Process

  Place the items in their original packaging, ensuring all original tags, labels, and hygiene seals are intact and undamaged.

  Schedule a Pickup

  Once your request is submitted, our courier partner will arrive at your doorstep within 48 hours to collect the parcel.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  After our quality team inspects the returned items, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5-7 business days to your original payment method.
